Brenda Anderson has served as the CEO of The Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) for over five years. She has an in-depth understanding of the power of incentives because of her direct experience both as a participant and as a buyer.
Ms. Anderson has ten years of extensive association management experience and has worked with both domestic and international associations. She achieved results by emphasizing customer service excellence and working with boards of directors at the strategic level, where they make the biggest impact.
Ms. Anderson began her 13-year career in the employment industry at Addeco, the world's largest employment company, and became its youngest VP within eight years. By age 36, Ms. Anderson was running a $100 million, 200 employee operation. She attributes this success to solid ROI management and the motivational power of incentives.
Ms. Anderson received a Masters of Liberal Arts from the University of Chicago. As part of an international studies program emphasis for her undergraduate degree, she also spent one year at the London School of Economics and a second year studying in Germany. And, Ms. Anderson graduated from Players Workshop and has performed improvisational comedy throughout the Chicago area.
Ms. Anderson has been widely quoted in the press and is an international public speaker. She served as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia College , where she taught Senior Seminar, providing the tools to balance the students' life goals with their career training. Ms. Anderson serves on the Convention Industry Council's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. She has recently written a book, Playing the Field: How Changing Your Choices Can Change Your Life . The book was released in February 2006.
She has lived all over the world, and Chicago has been her home for the past 11 years. Outside of the office, her passions are music, golf, skiing, and gardening.

Eddie Brill, for the past ten years and counting, has worked on the Late Show with David Letterman. He is the audience warm-up and Talent Coordinator for the comedians who appear on the show.
He has hosted and performed for hundreds of corporate events...including ESPN, Hyatt Hotels and BMC Software. He performed on some of the greatest stages in the world including The Shrine Auditorium and Radio City Music Hall. He has been the audience warm-up for many shows including the "Dana Carvey Show," "Madigan Men," "This is Your Life" and for a short time....early episodes of "Saved By The Bell." He has appeared in numerous films as an actor...most recently, "30 Years To Life" with Tracy Morgan. He has used his voice talents in many animated series including Comedy Central's "Dr Katz" and ABC's " Science Court ."
Eddie is the consulting editor and humor consultant for Readers' Digest. Promoting the magazine's humor franchise in his travels around the country, at college campuses, on the radio and working to get the humor on Reader's Digest's pages translated into many different media.

Padraic started Delaney Marketing with Patrick Delaney in 1993. Before that he was a teacher at secondary and university level and is one of many “italofiles” on the Ovation Team. He is passionate about Italy, music and Arsenal Football Club. He has been know to play guitar and sing all night (if let!). He is married to Rita and they have 6 children ranging in ages from 10 to 22. He lies awake at night mentally writing and re-writing the 5 different speeches he'll have to make as “father of the bride”. He currently serves as the President of the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE) and on the incentive working group of Tourism Ireland. He is a regular speaker at industry events, seminars and conferences worldwide.
