The next generation of SITE leaders

SITE is committed to educating the next generation of performance improvement leaders and the mission is to retain, engage and attract future leaders to SITE by providing education and networking opportunities on a level and in a manner appealing directly to those future leaders. The first ever SITE Academy for Young Leaders held 15-18 June, 2006 was a great success and we hope to continue in 2007 with SITE Academy London.

The SITE Academy For Young Leaders is a great opportunity for young leaders to launch their career in the incentive industry by expanding their business network, learning about the latest incentive trends through various educational sessions and participate in interactive discussions. The Academy is designed to teach those new to the incentive industry the basics of what incentives are and enhance the knowledge of those who have been working in the industry for a while.

The SITE Academy for Young Leaders 2007 will take place in London, England 22 – 25 July, 2007 at the Intercontinental Park Lane.
