Incentive Travel Exchange

Membership Requirements/Application Process

Membership is available to any individual who is a principal, member or employee of any firm engaged in design, promotion, sale, administration, operation or development of incentives, corporate travel and events, or who similarly provides non-travel-related rewards for motivational programs.

Applicants must be of high integrity and sound character. Additionally, they must agree to abide by the Society's bylaws and code of ethics, as well as to other rules, regulations or practices as may be adopted.

SITE membership is on an individual basis and is renewable at the beginning of each calendar year. Because each applicant must be approved on individual merit within the incentive travel industry, membership may not be transferred from one person to another without written approval of the current member, completion of an application and payment of applicable transfer fees/dues.

New members who join in the first quarter must pay the full membership fee of $445. Members joining between April and September pay a pro-rated fee that reflects actual months of membership. Members who join between October and December receive three months complimentary membership plus membership for the following year for $445.

"The SITE seminars and events I attended gave me very valuable insight about the needs, concerns and expectations of the incentive houses and corporate potential clients. It quite literally helped us move from a "good ground operator" to a full fledge DMC."
